If your pen is clogged, it's because you pulled too hard. This resulted in more extract getting into the vaporizer thing than it could vaporize. This means that evaporated extract has not accumulated and is now blocking the tube.

The solution:

First, you need to place your pen in the sun for a while or otherwise warm it slightly. Live extracts are rather viscous at cool temperatures - but liquefy when heated.

Once the pen has warmed up, simply pull firmly briefly to loosen the blockage, then pull very slowly and more lightly than normal for several seconds. This activates the evaporator, but hardly any new extract is added, so that what has accumulated can now evaporate.

If that doesn't work because too much excess extract has accumulated, the only thing that helps is a short, strong blow.
